ABSTRACT:

Increasingly, it seems that developing systems that use artificial intelligence consists of a trial and error process to find the ideal parameterization of canned machine learning algorithms that are applied on structured numerical data, usually with the sole purpose of classifying new cases of the same. type than those used for training algorithms or generating groups of related elements without any objective or clear hypothesis. At least one should reflect on the importance of in-depth knowledge of the objectives and the context of the problems to be addressed and to what extent these systems 'simulate' intelligent human behaviour. To this end, examples of real developments in progress on the search and characterization of criminal behavior on the web are shown, paying special attention to highly connected communities.
