The School of Computer Science It is one of the university centers of the Castilla-La Mancha university, located on the Ciudad Real campus. The School develops training and research work in the field of Computer Engineering.
Regarding training, a practical training process is offered, applied and oriented to the resolution of problems and projects that facilitates the acquisition of specific and transversal skills for the development of all the professions defined in the field of Computer Engineering.
In terms of research, practically all of the School's teaching staff is involved in the development of research, innovation and development projects, financed with funds obtained in competitive calls and in contracts with companies. This intense research work results in the consequent generation of knowledge that has a direct impact on improving the quality of the training offered and on a range of services aimed at making it easier for companies in the region to improve their competitiveness in the knowledge society.
