Advanced Training Course in Integrated Project Management

After the success of the previous editions of the course "Expert in Integrated Project Management - Project Management", it is now possible to pre-register for the course with the new name of "UNIVERSITY COURSE OF ADVANCED TRAINING IN INTEGRATED PROJECT MANAGEMENT – PROJECT MANAGEMENT” with specific preparation to pass the examination of PMP® / CAMP® CERTIFICATION.

The main objective of this course is for the student to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to become a Project Management and Direction Professional Certificate.

Objectives:

1. The application of the knowledge, skills, tools and techniques of Project Management, in order to successfully meet the requirements of the project.
2. Acquire the necessary skills to efficiently manage a Project Management team.
3. Know the knowledge structure of the Project Management Institute, PMI®, reflected in its current edition PMBOK®, with the aim of training students to successfully pass the tests for their PMP® CAMP® certification as Professionals.

Skills and competencies to acquire:

• Manage scarce resources (time, money, personnel, …).
• Establish adequate communication.
• Manage Conflicts.
• Comply with the Requirements, internal or contractual.
• Achieve business objectives (costs, margin, …)
• Properly manage Uncertainty and Risk.
• Make Decisions in environments of Pressure and Risk.
• Forecast the future and preventively manage Deviations.
• Generate Professional Criteria that allows for an Integrating Capacity of all functional groups and all key participants (Stakeholder).
• Help understand Lessons Learned.
• Have a Global Vision of the project and its impact on the Business.

Faculty:

The course is taught by PMP® certified teachers, with professional and teaching experience. An important part of the course content will be taught by prestigious professionals, all of them with international certification and with years of experience both professionally and in teaching preparatory courses to obtain certification.

Calendar:

With the aim of facilitating both students and professionals to attend the course, its structure is planned in a blended form with 6 modules, whose face-to-face part is divided into 7 blocks of Friday-afternoon and Saturday-morning (4 + 5 hours). Friday, from 16:30 p.m. to 20:30 p.m. and Saturdays: from 9:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m.

Price:

500€, with the possibility of paying in installments (€300 when registering + €200 halfway through the course), plus €7,77 for university fees and school insurance.
