General Information


The Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering has as its fundamental objective scientific, technological and socioeconomic training, and preparation for professional practice in the development and application of Information and Communication Technologies in the field of Computer Science.

This fundamental objective can be developed in up to five fields of technology, of which four of them are offered in this Bachelor's degree as intensifications in which you can specialize and which are the following: Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computing and Technologies of the information. The request for the intensification that most appeals to the student is made before third-year enrollment.

  • Module I – Basic Training: 60 ECTS
  • Module II – Common of the Computer Science branch: 96 ECTS
  • Module III – Specific Technology: 48 ECTS
  • Module IV – Final Degree Project: 12 ECTS
  • Module V – Optional: 24 ECTS

Mentions, enhancements or specialties:

The student must take and pass Module III of Specific Technology (48 ECTS) or Intensification, which is made up of 8 subjects of 6 ECTS credits each. The intensifications that can be taken are:

  • Software engineering
  • Computer Engineering
  • Computers and Tablets
  • Information technology

Implantation

  • First year: academic year 2010/2011
  • Second year: academic year 2011/2012
  • Third year: academic year 2012/2013
  • Fourth year: academic year 2013/2014

Languages: Spanish and English

  • Spanish option: 100% in Spanish (possibility of electives in English)
  • Bilingual option: minimum 40% in English, rest in Spanish.
