Presentation of candidatures from October 14 to 18
Presentation of Candidacies: October 14-18.
The form to fill in will be available at the Center Concierge, which must be presented at the Center Secretary or signed and scanned by email to the account: esi@uclm.es. Nominations may be submitted until 14:00 p.m. on October 18.
Presentation of the program by the candidates on Thursday, October 21 in the morning. At their request, the center will make the necessary means (spaces) available to them.
VOTING: October 21 in the room for degrees in the Fermín Caballero building from 18:15 p.m. to 20:15 p.m.
A single polling station will be set up in the ESI graduation room in the Fermín Caballero Building. Students must accredit themselves with their DNI or student card.
Provisional publication of results: October 22.
Challenges: October 25 to November 29. They must be submitted to the Secretary of the Center addressed to the name of the Central Electoral Table.
Resolution of claims and final publication of results: November 1.
*In the event of confinement, the student who wishes to exercise their right to participate in the elections as a voting or eligible member must have communicated their confinement situation to the address covid.esi@uclm.es and must contact the secretary of the center (jesus.serrano@uclm.es) to explain the mechanisms enabled by the UCLM for this type of situation.
