Junior IT Support Technician

This position will be responsible for guaranteeing an adequate level of technological support for both contracted staff and volunteers who collaborate with Amnesty International.

Its main functions will be to provide technical support to users, guaranteeing that service levels are met, configure and prepare the software and hardware used by end users, and develop task automation projects and generate documentation and manuals for use. . Likewise, they will be the person in charge of receiving and processing incidents and requests and acting as the first line of support and, if necessary, escalating incidents to external support or to those responsible for system administration.

Systems-oriented computer training cycle or Engineering Degree or equivalent work experience and at least one year of experience in Windows/Linux systems is required.
