Awards ceremony for the best TFE on disability

This morning, the Rectorate building hosted the awards ceremony for the winners of the final degree projects (TFG) and final master's degree projects (TFM) on disability and special educational needs for the 2022-2023 academic year, financed by the Banco Santander. The awards went to five undergraduate students and three master's students.

The vice-rector of Students of the University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM), Ángeles Carrasco, today at the Rector's Office presented the awards to the winners of the final degree projects (TFG) and final master's degree projects (TFM) on disability and special educational needs for the 2022-2023 academic year, convened by the academic institution in the framework of the agreement it maintains with Banco Santander. 

In the call for the TFG Awards on Disability, the first one went to the student from the Ciudad Real Higher School of Informatics Laura Morales Caro, tutored by Ana Isabel Molina and Carmen Lacave; while the second was for the student of the Faculty of Physiotherapy and Nursing of Toledo María Coello Villalón. In the category of best Master's Thesis (TFM) on Disability, the 2nd Prize has gone to the student Sergio Molina Lopez, from the Higher School of Informatics, whose work title is “Generator of serious VR puzzle-type games for the rehabilitation of upper limbs” , tutored by Vanesa Herrera Tirado and Javier Alonso Albusac Jiménez. The 3rd Prize was awarded to Oscar Dominguez Ocaña, also from the Higher School of Informatics, with the TFM titled “Virtual Reality for the training of goalkeepers in handball and rehabilitation of upper limbs through adapted handball”, whose tutors were Vanesa Herrera Tirado, Javier Alonso Albusac Jiménez and Eusebio Ángulo Sánchez-Herrera .
