Delivery of diplomas for the Introduction to Data Analysis with Power BI course

Next Wednesday, April 19, at 12 noon at the ESI there will be an act of delivery of diplomas to the students who have passed the course of Introduction to Data Analysis with Power BI, organized by professors Francisco Ruiz and Marcela Genero and taught by the former during the months of February and March. Power BI is a computing technology for data modeling and analysis that provides a simple user interface, interactive information visualization capabilities, and business intelligence capabilities.

In this act, some students will present the practical results of their learning, with a project that consists of a system of scorecards to consult and analyze the gender gap among university students in Spain. The project carried out makes it possible to verify the differences in the distribution of women and men according to the university, the subject of the studies and the academic level (degree, master's or doctorate) and its evolution in recent years. This area of ​​the project was chosen by the students themselves. The event will be attended, among other authorities, by Carmen Díaz Mora, professor of economics and delegate of the rector of the UCLM for equality policies.
