Next Wednesday, December 14, 2022, Lucas González from Inetum and director of the Espacio Calatrava Software Engineering Center in Miguelturra, Ciudad Real, visited us to give a conference entitled Agile Project Management as a catalyst for high performance teams.

This conference will focus on the benefits beyond simple development, the impact on the evolution of teams, on the mindset that is acquired with this approach and in the benefits that organizations can obtain with people who evolve within an Agile environment.

Brief CV of Lucas González

I am a former student of the Escuela Superior de Informática de Ciudad Real and I have a degree in Computer Engineering. I currently work for the company inetum where in recent years I combine Agile coaching for teams with the direction of the Espacio Calatrava Software Engineering Center in Miguelturra, Ciudad Real.

I consider myself an outgoing, empathetic person with leadership qualities which have led me to the position in which I am. As a director and colleague, I can't think of a better way for the CIS to be successful than to help my colleagues evolve as professionals thanks to the Agile principles that we try to put into practice every day.
