Presentation of the 2022-2023 academic year

On Thursday, September 15, 2022, at 11 a.m., in the Assembly Hall Alan Turing of the Fermín Caballero Building, the presentation and reception day of the 2022-2023 academic year for first-year students. In a second shift, at 12 noon and in the same place, the welcome and presentation day will be held for the second and subsequent courses.

On the first turn:

• You will meet the management team
• We will present the Degree in Computer Engineering
• You will receive indications about the infrastructures: location and spaces.
• Teaching
  • organization of groups
  • Bilingual Option
  • Mentor Program
• We will show you some of the services such as the new student guide, website, social media and UCLM services.
• We will talk about cultural and sports activities, and we will introduce the week of Santa Tecla.
• Finally, you will meet the Delegation of Computer Science Students (DAI) and its activity.

In the second turn, the script to follow will be the following:

• The management team will be introduced so that you can meet its members and functions.
• Presentation of the academic offer with special emphasis on intensifications and optional subjects, as well as on the U. Master's Degree in Computer Engineering.
• Bachelor's and Master's Thesis
• National and international mobility program.
• Additional training and internships in companies
• FORTE Program
• Research at the ESI – incorporation into research groups.
• Presentation of the cultural and sports offer, including the week of Santa Tecla.
• Services, website and social media.
