Computing 1st in affiliation rate
The University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM) is ranked seventh by communities in the job placement study published by the Ministry of Education, with a membership rate of 78,7%, which means that almost eight out of ten people who graduated in the 2015-2016 academic year had paid employment in 2021. In this way, Castilla-La Mancha is above Madrid, the Valencian Community, Murcia, Andalusia and Extremadura. The statistics of the Integrated System of University Information (SIIU) excludes people who work in the autonomous system, are employed abroad or have obtained a public employment position before 2011, so the percentage of graduates from the UCLM with work it would be higher than the one reflected in the report.
As can be seen in the following image, included in the study, the field of information technology leads the affiliation rate in % with 87,1% surpassing by 3 points the field that occupies the second place: health and social services.
