Ramón Hervás – University Professor

The ESI has a new University Professor, Professor Ramon Hervas Lucas. Last Friday, April 22, the contest was held for the body of University Professors convened by the UCLM for the Department of Information Systems Technologies, with a teaching profile in Operating Systems and a research profile in Human-Computer Interaction Analysis for Health. The commission that served as the competition tribunal was made up of five University Professors of recognized prestige, professors Alfonso Niño, Aurora Vizcaíno and Felix Óscar García from the UCLM, professor Juan Pavón from the Complutense University of Madrid and Beatriz Barros from the Universidad from Malaga. The court, unanimously and granting the highest rating, determined the provision of the place to competition for Professor Ramón Hervás Lucas.


Ramón Hervás has been a professor at the Escuela Superior de Informática de Ciudad Real since 2006, where he also previously obtained the title of Superior Engineer in Informatics. He is a member of mami research group: Modeling of Intelligent Environments and focuses its research on the development of interactive health care systems. He currently works as academic director of the Vice-rectorate for Studies, Quality and Accreditation.
