Preparatory course for PMI PMP/CAPM certification

After the success of the three previous editions, it is now possible to pre-register for the fifth edition of the course “EXPERT IN INTEGRATED PROJECT MANAGEMENT – PROJECT MANAGEMENT”, in Ciudad Real, with specific preparation to pass the exam of PMP® / CAMP® CERTIFICATION. http://www.exdip-5.posgrado.uclm.es/

The main objective of this course is for the student to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to become a Project Management and Direction Professional Certificate.

Objectives:

  1. The application of the knowledge, skills, tools and techniques of Project Management, in order to successfully meet the requirements of the project.
  2. Acquire the necessary skills to efficiently manage a Project Management team.
  3. Know the knowledge structure of the Project Management Institute, PMI®, reflected in its current edition PMBOK®, with the aim of training students to successfully pass the tests for their PMP® CAMP® certification as Professionals.

Skills and competencies to acquire:

  • Manage scarce resources (time, money, personnel, …).
  • Establish adequate communication.
  • Manage Conflicts.
  • Comply with the Requirements, internal or contractual.
  • Achieve business objectives (costs, margin, …)
  • Properly manage Uncertainty and Risk.
  • Make Decisions in environments of Pressure and Risk.
  • Forecast the future and preventively manage Deviations.
  • Generate Professional Criteria that allows for an Integrating Capacity of all functional groups and all key participants (Stakeholder).
  • Help understand Lessons Learned.
  • Have a Global Vision of the project and its impact on the Business.

Faculty:

An important part of the course content will be taught by prestigious professionals, all of them with PMP® certification, and with years of experience both professionally and in teaching preparatory courses to obtain the certification.

Calendar:

With the aim of making it easier for both students and professionals to attend the course, its structure is planned in a semi-face-to-face form with 6 modules, whose face-to-face part is divided into 7 blocks of Friday-afternoon and Saturday-morning (4,5, 4,5 + XNUMX hours), beginning on Friday, February 15, 2019 and ending on Saturday, March 30, 2019.

Online Part:

For the remote part, there is a database with thousands of exam questions, extracted from previous real exams, with which the student can practice and rehearse the exam. There are also databases for querying theory and concepts handled in class. Classes will be recorded and made available to students.
