Professional Colleges of Computer Engineering

Summary: Presentation of professional associations of computer engineers and technical engineers, especially in Castilla-La Mancha, their history, operation and current situation. We will show the evolution of the profession in these years from the collegial, associative and union point of view. We will evaluate the situation of the profession with respect to the legislation in force at the time (current draft of the Professional Services Law) and its repercussion in the European sphere.
