Erasmus/International information

The University College of Computer Science enjoys the privilege of being located in the Ciudad Real, center of Spain, which is one of the most affordable university cities in terms of accommodation and subsistence. In addition, it is easily accessible via public transport. The city is crossed by a highway and the main railway corridor connecting the north and south of the country. The distance by train to Madrid is around 50 minutes, 40 minutes to Córdoba, 90 minutes to Sevilla, 4 hours to Barcelona, among many other important cities in Spain.

Our college has signed ERASMUS+ agreements with over 80 universities from different countries from Europe and Asia, and we are also receiving many students from Latin America because our mother tongue is one of the most spoken all over the world.

Information for Erasmus+ students

All subjects completely taught in English are available in the following link.

Some subjects are English-friendly, that is, some materials are provided in English and all assignments that the student must do over the academic year are completely in English. The student can attend all normal lessons, but they are taught in Spanish. If the student needs any support, he/she student can also be assisted by their professors during their office’s hours in English. The following table shows all English-friendly subjects:

The student is also allowed to enroll subjects in Spanish, but professors will not provide any additional help: materials, assignments or communication with professors will be in Spanish. The whole study plan can be seen here

The student must complete both learning agreements, UCLM and international, and send it to the Erasmus coordinator, before sending it to the international office, so as to check whether or not there is any problem (do not forget to include the codes for all subjects).
