Why study the MUII?

The Master's Degree in Computer Engineering (MUII) is a Official Master and, therefore, comparable throughout the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). The MUII offers you qualification for the professional practice of Computer Engineering (level 3 MECES), and access to jobs that require this level. 

In addition, it will allow you to access programs of doctorate and improve your score on the merit scale in national oppositions.

Being an Official Master also you can apply for scholarships from the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training to finance part or all of your tuition.

With the MUII you will be able to complete your training with really valuable content, which will allow you to stand out from the rest in a market as competitive as the current one.

The knowledge of the MUII is structured in three modules:

A first module of Direction and Management, which aims to equip yourself with the capabilities necessary to occupy positions of greater responsibility and, consequently, opt for better salaries.

On the other hand, in the second module a series of capacities linked to Advanced and Leading Technologies that mark the development and progress of today's society are acquired.

Some examples of these technologies are Big Data, Cloud Computing, Smart Cities, Supercomputing, Cyber-Physical Systems, Augmented Reality, Cybersecurity or Artificial Intelligence

Finally, in the third module, the student must carry out, present and defend a Comprehensive Computer Engineering project of a professional nature in which part of the skills acquired during the Master are synthesized, with an associated load of 9 ECTS.

Lastly, it should be noted that this is a Professional Master's Degree in which We invite experts from different sectors to contribute to your training process, and we train you for free to obtain professional certifications such as Scrum Master or ITIL 4, among others.

The Master has a solid connection with companies through a FORTE-Master internship program so that you can carry out your TFM and internships in companies working on cutting-edge technologies.

In the idea of ​​continuous training of ICT professionals, UCLM offers the Master's Degree in Computer Engineering (MUI). 

After finishing the Degree in Computer Engineering, each student has completed an intensification that has specialized in a specific domain. 

The MUII seeks to complement the student's training, so that it is able to integrate into a team that requires both technological depth and breadth.

Do not stay in the middle of the road, close the circle and complete your training through this Official Master thus reaching the third level (MECES) that enables you to practice as a Computer Engineer.

The skills acquired predispose you to opt for positions of greater responsibility in the workplace, with better economic conditions.

I have not finished the degree but I would like to start the Master: conditional admission

Those students who have not yet obtained the Bachelor's Degree have the possibility of starting the Master's Degree in the Conditional Admission modality in September 2021, with the commitment that the student defends his Final Degree Project before January 15, 2022. 

In order to start the MUII in this modality, it is necessary to previously contact the Master's coordinator and sign the conditional admission document. Once the Bachelor's degree has been obtained, the student will be able to formalize their enrollment in the Master's

This program seeks to strengthen the professional skills of ESI graduates.

Professional Certifications Program

Professional certifications allow to accredit the skills and abilities of a worker in different areas of specialization that many companies need.

During the academic year, two weeks are planned in which the ESI offers, free of charge, training in some of the most demanded certifications today. Students only have to pay the exam fees, which usually account for 30% of the total cost.
