El pasado 9 de febrero, Ezequiel Kahan<\/strong> defendi\u00f3 su tesis doctoral<\/strong> en la Escuela Superior de Inform\u00e1tica de Ciudad Real. El trabajo ha sido desarrollado en el marco del Grupo Alarcos<\/a><\/strong> y dirigido por Marcela Genero Bocco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La tesis, titulada \u201cPRO-RE-DT: A Design Thinking\u2013based Process for Requirements Elicitation in Socio-Technical Systems\u201d<\/strong>, se centra en uno de los problemas fundamentales de la Ingenier\u00eda del Software: c\u00f3mo elicitar requisitos de forma efectiva en sistemas socio-t\u00e9cnicos, donde personas, procesos organizativos y tecnolog\u00eda est\u00e1n fuertemente interrelacionados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El trabajo propone un proceso sistem\u00e1tico de elicitaci\u00f3n de requisitos basado en Design Thinking<\/strong>, desarrollado y validado siguiendo un enfoque de Design Science Research<\/strong>. La investigaci\u00f3n combina estudios emp\u00edricos controlados, evaluaci\u00f3n por expertos y validaci\u00f3n en contextos organizativos reales, lo que refuerza tanto su rigor cient\u00edfico como su aplicabilidad pr\u00e1ctica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Principales aportaciones de la tesis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Entre las principales contribuciones del trabajo destacan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • La definici\u00f3n de PRO-RE-DT<\/strong>, un proceso estructurado de elicitaci\u00f3n de requisitos basado en Design Thinking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • La integraci\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica y validada de t\u00e9cnicas como mapas de empat\u00eda, personas y brainstorming<\/strong> en la fase de elicitaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • La identificaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis del papel de la empat\u00eda interna y externa<\/strong> en la Ingenier\u00eda de Requisitos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Evidencia emp\u00edrica sobre la mejora en la alineaci\u00f3n con procesos de negocio y en la gesti\u00f3n de la complejidad socio-t\u00e9cnica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Resultados cient\u00edficos publicados en congresos y revistas internacionales de referencia<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
