{"id":21499,"date":"2025-09-17T06:13:22","date_gmt":"2025-09-17T06:13:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esi.uclm.es\/?p=21499"},"modified":"2025-09-17T06:13:23","modified_gmt":"2025-09-17T06:13:23","slug":"v-presupuesto-participativo-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esi.uclm.es\/index.php\/2025\/09\/17\/v-presupuesto-participativo-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"V Presupuesto participativo (2025)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Un&nbsp;<strong>presupuesto participativo<\/strong>&nbsp;es un instrumento que permite incorporar la democracia participativa en la definici\u00f3n de determinadas partidas de gasto, de manera que los miembros de una comunidad decidan de manera libre y directa el destino de una parte del presupuesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para aplicar esta pr\u00e1ctica al&nbsp;<strong>presupuesto de la ESI correspondiente al ejercicio 2025<\/strong>, se establece un procedimiento a trav\u00e9s del cual la comunidad universitaria de la ESI plantear\u00e1 primero sus propuestas de&nbsp;<strong>proyectos de inter\u00e9s acad\u00e9mico<\/strong>&nbsp;para ser financiados, a continuaci\u00f3n, estas se evaluar\u00e1n con el fin de detectar aquellas que pudieran ser redundantes o no viables por cuestiones normativas o t\u00e9cnicas y, finalmente, se votar\u00e1n y elegir\u00e1n las propuestas aceptadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De modo que la participaci\u00f3n del personal y de los estudiantes de la ESI puede producirse de dos formas: presentando propuestas y, posteriormente, votando el conjunto de propuestas realizadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cuant\u00eda del presupuesto participativo para el ejercicio 2025, quinto en el que se aplica esta f\u00f3rmula, asciende a&nbsp;<strong>5.000 \u20ac<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Votaci\u00f3n y calendario<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Fase<\/th><th>Inicio<\/th><th>Duraci\u00f3n<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Lanzamiento<\/td><td>15\/septiembre\/2025<\/td><td>\u2013<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/e\/g3qMZfrnDU\">Env\u00edo de propuestas<\/a><\/td><td>15\/septiembre\/2025<\/td><td>10 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Evaluaci\u00f3n de propuestas<\/td><td>29\/septiembre\/2025<\/td><td>\u2013<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Votaci\u00f3n y elecci\u00f3n<\/td><td>2\/octubre\/2025<\/td><td>7 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un&nbsp;presupuesto participativo&nbsp;es un instrumento que permite incorporar la democracia participativa en la definici\u00f3n de determinadas partidas de gasto, de manera que los miembros de una comunidad decidan de manera libre y directa el destino de una parte del presupuesto.
