Led by ESI professors Francisco Ruiz and Manuel A. Serrano

ESI professors Francisco Ruiz and Manuel Serrano, together with professor Ángel Raul Ruiz from the Faculty of Arts, have presented the first results of the D2CR project (Depopulation and Depopulation in the province of Ciudad Real) to the media. These results, available on the web (https://d2cr.uclm.es), include various tools to know and analyze in detail the situation of the province, each of its 102 municipalities and the different areas that exist in the province. At the aforementioned address are:

  • Written reports, accompanied by files in Excel with complementary data;
  • Option open consultation of more than 540 thousand data, demographic and socioeconomic, which can be selected (by territories, themes and/or time period) and downloaded in open format
  • Dashboards that allow graphical and interactive visualization of the most relevant information through tables, graphs and maps that automatically adapt to the user's choices.

During the act, held at the Provincial Palace and presented by the President of the Provincial Council, it was shown to the press, radio, television and other digital media.
