Announcement of Classroom Awards SMACT avanttic 2018-19 to the best TFG/TFM
For the fourth consecutive year, the smact classroom announces its Awards for the best Final Degree Project / Final Master's Project corresponding to the official degrees taught at the Higher School of Computer Science of the University of Castilla-La Mancha (ESI-UCLM)
Any student who has completed their Degree in Computer Engineering o Master in Computer Engineeringduring the 2017-18 academic year and who has defended their TFG or TFM with a grade of at least outstanding. In order to be eligible for the award, it is also essential that the theme of the work is related to the areas of the smact classroom, that is: Social (collaboration and social networks), Mobile (mobile apps), Analytics (data analysis and big data), Cloud (cloud computing) or Internet of Things (internet of things).
Applications can be submitted until October 16, 2019 at 14:00 p.m.
All students of the Higher School of Computer Science of the University of Castilla-La Mancha who have completed their Degree will be eligible for these awards. Degree in Computer Engineering o Master in Computer Engineering during the 2018-19 academic year and who, therefore, have defended their TFG or TFM in any of its calls, with a grade of at least outstanding. To be eligible for the award it is essential that the theme of the work is related to the areas of the smact classroom, that is to say: Social (collaboration and social networks), Mobile (mobile apps), Analytics (data analysis and big data), Cloud (cloud computing) or Internet of Things (internet of things).
Candidates must present your projects in a public act that will take place during the month of October. The exact date will be notified in advance. The jury's decision will be made public during the Award Ceremony of the Higher School of Informatics for the 2018-2019 Course, to be held in the Auditorium Luis Arroyo of the University of Castilla-La Mancha
A main prize of 1.000 euros or with a second prize of 500 euros. If the jury decides to award any of the prizes ex aequo to several works, the economic amount will be divided equally among the number of winners. Prizes may be declared void.
